Today was a running day. did a full 5 miles that was mostly flat with a couple of hills. Feeling great, keeping motivated, and goin HAM!! I am under 8 weeks till my next tough mudder. Every day I feel a little bit strong, better, and faster. Todays workout was to Jadakiss Pandora which def did the trick! Depending on how work goes, I just might do another quick WOD, we will see... Stay fit my friends!
