Don't you just love Mondays?

Sick WOD today!! It was a great warm up for 50 minutes of cardio mixed in with HiiT.  Then about an hour of upper body triple sets!  I feel amazing!    I still can't get the diet on track, but he H2o and supplements have been great.  It really felt great pushing my muscles to failure.  The cardio felt good too.  I liked hitting some sprints on the hills.  I had planned to run 3-5 outside because it was very warm out, and I need to get tough mudder ready. (no air conditioners at mount snow)  Then, a huge thunder storm comes into town and spoils all my fun.  Gotta get focused on the diet to make the best gains possible!
