Furious Fifty
Today was a good day.  This is one of the more challenging WODs that i have done is recent time, especially two days after a heavy leg day, followed by a day of upper body super sets.  My body is fried!!  
In the Crossfit box that i have spent some time at we did a WOD when I was fairly new to the CF game and it was called the filthy fifty... And it was beyond brutal.  Today I stumbled across this WOD on instagram and went at it.  One of the best things about this workout is you can do just anywhere you want with
  no equipment what so ever!  
Pretty exciting stuff.  If you want a great cardio/ full body workout and you are in a rush, away from home or gym,  and are fiending for your muscles to burn, you need to try this one out!  You will sweat a ton and challenge yourself a bunch.
